Don’t you ever encounter that different voices do affect our hearing aids? Don’t you have a hard time answering on phone calls due to thick accents or hoarse voice?
Yes, I do. But that didn’t stop me from not doing anything I do. I have a patience to learn on how to deal with this problem. The solution for me is to ask the caller to speak slowly or to repeat it again in order for me to hear clearly. I seldom told them to text me regarding their concerns. For me, it is a good challenging. The only difficult for me is the elderly people. They do have a soft voice and not clearly. So I have to be near with them.
